You sign. We do the rest.
Visa work is included in Economy, Premium Economy and Gold alike — the difference between the plans is how fast it is processed and how much hand-holding you get, not whether we do it.
Free eligibility check
Tell us your passport, destination and travel dates. We tell you which visa route applies and how long it realistically takes.
Your document checklist
A country-specific list, written in plain language — exactly which papers, in what format, and how recent they must be.
We fill and verify the forms
Application forms are completed by us and checked line by line against the consulate's current requirements before anything is submitted.
Filed on your behalf
We submit the application and book the biometric or interview appointment where one is required.
Tracked to a decision
We monitor the application and chase it when it stalls. You hear from us at every status change — not only at the end.
Collected and handed over
Passport and visa collected and returned to you, with your travel documents packaged together.
Visa requirements at a glance
What an Indian passport actually needs for each destination we sell — the visa type, how long it really takes, what the government charges, and the specific things that get travellers turned away. Tap a card to see the full checklist.
The visa fee is not our revenue
A lot of agencies quietly mark up consulate fees. We do not. You pay our plan fee — ₹2,500, ₹5,000 or ₹10,000 per person — and then the destination country's visa fee at exactly what it costs, with the receipt attached to your invoice.
- Consulate and VFS fees passed through at cost
- Receipts provided for every government payment
- No separate "visa service charge" on top of your plan
- Group filings priced per traveller, not per application batch
Destinations we handle visas for
These are the routes we file most often. If your destination is not listed, ask — the list below is not the limit.
Visa questions we get asked most
No, and be sceptical of anyone who says otherwise — the decision belongs entirely to the consulate. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, correctly filled and filed on time, which is where most refusals actually come from.
For most destinations, four to six weeks before departure is comfortable. Schengen and UK applications in peak season need longer. Tell us your dates and we will give you the realistic window for that country.
Only for as long as the consulate requires it, and always against a written acknowledgement. Many destinations now allow biometric appointments where you keep the passport until the final stage.
Yes — that is a large part of what we do. Documents are collected once, applications go in as a batch, and each one is tracked separately so a single incomplete file does not hold up the whole group.
We read the refusal notice with you, explain what it actually means, and advise honestly on whether re-applying is worth it. Consulate fees are non-refundable by the consulate, but we will not charge you our plan fee twice to re-file.
